Sephora Collection Color Daze Blockbuster Swatches (Part 3)

Sephora Collection Color Daze Blockbuster Swatches (Part 3)

Today marks the final segment in my review of the Sephora Collection Color Daze Blockbuster. In this post I’ll be featuring 22 nude eyeshadows, 6 3-in-1 eye, lip and cheek creams, 3 blushes, 6 lip top coats, and 48 lip glosses.

If you missed Part 1 and 2, please see below. Beyond that, enjoy!

A closer view of the 22 dazzling nude eyeshadows.

Because of the bunched alignment in this photograph, I’ll be swatching the 22 eyeshadows by Group for your convenience. Please see below for a visual demonstration.

Nudes clustered by Group. Please refer to this for the following swatches.

Group 1

Group 2

Group 3

There is, in fact, a sixth eyeshadow swatched at the bottom of Group 3 – it just matches my skintone so closely that it’s near impossible to see.

Group 4

Like mentioned for Group 3, the fourth and fifth swatches for Group 4 also blend a little too well with my light complexion. Such colours can be a good choice for a subtle shimmer or to lighten the corners of your eyes, however.

Next up, 6 3-in-1 eye, lip and cheek creams and 3 blushes.

3-in-1 lip, eye and cheek creams

These are so delicious. They can go on as light or dark as you please, and they’re surprisingly long lasting. I covered my lips in the orange (5th down from the top) for the evening and had far too many cups of coffee and tea – and the cream barely left my lips! It also left my mugs surprisingly makeup free. They are hard to get off your skin without proper makeup removal cloths, however, so be prepared.

The blushes

I’m disappointed in these blushes – they’re too pink for me. Clearly blush is supposed to be pink, but I would have also liked to have seen a more mauve-like pink too. Something for those instances in which we’re aiming for a less noticeable tint or a hollow cheek.

So I have a confession: I will not be swatching the 6 lip top coats and 48 lip glosses. Why? I attempted to, but in the process, I was destroying my Blockbuster set. And honestly? I bought this not only to review, but to use too. Still, I’ve included a final close-up photo to slightly satiate some appetites. If you’re still curious though, why not check it out at Sephora? Believe me, this collection is worth purchasing.
